Escape a toy factory, but this time with friends!

Mob Entertainment has revealed a brand new multiplayer horror game set in the universe of their hit game, Poppy Playtime.
Poppy Playtime is a video game set in an old toy factory, where secrets of sentient toys are hidden and built upon experimentation on live people. This game houses a dark lore that has yet to be uncovered, but it’s known throughout the community for its basic yet terrifying plot and unique gameplay aspects, such as a nerve-wracking chase through the air vents in an attempt to escape a man-eating ragdoll.
Popularised by large YouTubers such as Markiplier, Poppy Playtime was a huge success. And as such, Mob Entertainment created not just a chapter 2 in May and set to release a chapter 3 in 2023, but also a multiplayer game in early access since the 6th of December.
The game is called Project: Playtime. It differs from their typical storytelling game style and instead goes for more replayability. It takes place in the same factory as the previous two games, but players work together as a team to create a giant toy to escape the factory, whilst avoiding enemies. Interestingly, the obstacles and enemies in the game are not AI but controlled by a real player. This makes for exciting dynamics and interactions between players and is reminiscent of the video game In Silence, another horror multiplayer game where a monster controlled by the player hunts other players via sound.
While this is all we know about Project: Playtime, the previous two releases from Mob Entertainment have exceeded fan expectations, and there is much to look forward to as this game nears its full official release.
