John Wick: Chapter 4 Trailer Shows Keanu Reeves’ Assassin Back in Action

On the 11th of November, the world was hit with a flaming asteroid called “John Wick: Chapter 4 Official Trailer”. After 3 years since John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, fans have been eagerly waiting for his return. And last week their wish came true.
John Wick premiered in 2014 and quickly became a huge hit. It grossed $86 million worldwide in the box office against a production budget of $20-30 million.
Keanu Reeves is coming back as John Wick, but the movie will also feature huge stars such as Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada and Bill Skarsgård. Donnie Yen is a famous Hong Kong actor known for his action movies. He has starred in the Ip Man franchise as well as Disney’s Mulan live-action film. Yen will play one of John Wick’s oldest friends — an assassin who shares his history and many of the same enemies. “Donnie Yen will bring a vibrant and powerful energy to the franchise,” John Wick 4’s producer, Basil Iwanyk, shares, “We were determined to bring him on board to John Wick 4 and are thrilled for the opportunity to have such a major talent to collaborate with Keanu.”
The John Wick franchise is also expanding with a new spin-off “Ballerina” currently in production. Ana de Armas — known for her roles in Knives Out, Blonde and The Gray Man — will be leading the film. It will follow a young assassin trained in a ballet school, as seen in Chapter 3, as she seeks revenge against those who killed her family.
John Wick: Chapter 4 will release on March 24th 2023.
